Starry Night

Vincent van Gogh’s painting, “The Starry Night”, has clearly been our inspiration. The technique used in this design is known as straw marquetry; traditionally often used in decorating furniture.

Victoria is a timeless design that is truly captivating.

The linear quality of the straw veneer looks like streaks of paint on canvas. The stars creates depth similar to the quality of the old Dutch masters's painting.

Victoria’s stars are made up of silver leaf and mother of pearl that shine through the straw marquetry.
